Driving revival as recovery strategies take flight
Airline speakers at Aviation Africa 2019 in Kigali, Rwanda
The 2021 summit & exhibition continues the work it has been doing for the past 5 events in building and shaping Africa's aviation industry.
The summit will look at where we go from here - shaping the future for aviation in the wake of the coronavirus crisis.
As the African continent begins its slow climb into recovery, Aviation Africa brings together thought-leaders, practitioners, operators and regulators to address the key challenges both short-term and long-term.
Undoubtedly, this has been the biggest hurdle in the development of the aerospace industry since it began more than 100 years ago - but the work done before the pandemic started may prove beneficial to Africa's industry.
The summit will be looking at some key issues:
- AIRLINES: REGAINING GROUND OR BREAKING NEW?
- CARGO: REINFORCING THE GROWTH PLANS FOR AFRICA'S FREIGHT
- MAINTENANCE: BOUNCING BACK WITH SURVIVAL PLANS
- FUTURES: LOOKING AHEAD AND PLANNING NOW STAYING SAFE AND REGAINING CONFIDENCE
- PEOPLE: THE LOST MILLIONS AND PLANNING AHEAD
Alongside the main summit there will be a series of single-issue vital workshops ranging from aviation & corporate law; insurance and liabilities; ground safety; defence and unmanned.
