$650 for 2 days training - maximum of 12 people
Leadership remains one of the most critical and relevant aspects of the organisational context. Current and future leaders in the aviation industry require a deeper understanding of current issues and critical concerns as seen from the top of an aviation organisation or company.
This course will help you improve your leadership skills towards becoming the leader your organisation needs and the leader you want to be, no matter where you move in aviation.
Well-honed leadership skills will help you, as a leader, lead the direction of an organisation rather than simply managing existing operations.
The course will support you in applying your influence to maximise the efforts of yourself and others to achieve a profitable and safe African aviation industry.
Your facilitator is Gwen Dudok van Heel from dudokconsulting.nl. She is the international leadership trainer and coach, and author, with experience in many domains including aviation. She is a regular facilitator in leadership courses for the African aviation industry. She will take you through this two day intensive course with lectures, group exercises and moderated interactive discussions. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
The course will be of particular value to Directors General, Directors and deputy directors, Heads of unit, Heads of department, Chief fire officers, Chief Air Traffic Control Officers, Safety managers, Managers and emerging leaders.
This course takes no more than 12 attendees so make sure you register in time.
